Free return is only possible in the territory of Russia.

The Buyer is entitled to refuse the Goods on order at any time before the delivery, and within 7 (seven) days* after receiving the Goods from e-store, or within 14 days after purchase in offline store.

Please note that we can only accept return of suitable goods in market condition, with all labels preserved and a document confirming purchase and terms of purchase of the Good. We do not accept worn items**.

RETURN IN RUSSIA

  2. Our courier will come at the agreed time from 10:00 to 18:00 on working day to pick up a package.
  3. Pack the Return Form together with returned Goods in a tight bag.
  4. The time for processing and approval of goods return at stock is from 1 to 4 working days.
  5. After approval of the return, we will credit funds to your card or bank account within 1-10 banking days. Please specify your payment details in the Return Form. Please note that refund depends on the processing rate of your Bank and can last up to 30 banking days. Refund is possible only in case of “cash payment on delivery” by a courier in Moscow within the city limits.
  6. The funds will be returned less the amount paid for the delivery while ordering***.

RETURN TO OTHER COUNTRIES

  2. Fill in the Return Form.
  3. Send a package via any courier company at your expense at the address: Yurovkaya Ulitsa 92 / Moscow
  4. After approval of the return, we will credit funds to your card or bank account within 30 working days. Please specify your payment details in the Return Form. Please note that refund depends on the processing rate of your Bank. We do not return cash funds.
  5. The funds will be returned less the amount paid for the delivery while ordering***

***According to Clause 4 of Article 26.1 of the RF Law “On Protection of Consumers’ Rights” No. 2300-1 dated 07.02.1992, in case the Customer refuses the Goods, the Seller shall return to him a sum of money paid by the Customer under the Contract excluded the expenses incurred by the Seller for the delivery of the returned Goods from the Customer not later than 10 (ten) days from the date of relevant claim from the Customer.
